Title
Hi fulu...
Text
Submitted by fiis
Source language: English Translated by Maribel

Hi fulu, are you fulu-Leino from Adult Education Centre of the City of Tampere? If you are, then hello colleague! Want to be my friend? Have a nice summer:) Rgds Nina Hyrkäs.
Remarks about the translation
Judging by the title the beginning should be "Hei fulu, oletko Dilek Yesilova-Leino..."
so you can substitute "fulu-Leino" with the name mentioned.

Just one mistake. "Hav EN god sommer" instead of "ET god sommer".

only: "Om du er" should be "Hvis du er"

Jeg er enig med lunatunes.
Desuden mener jeg, at Tampere på dansk hedder Tammerfors?

Okay "om du er" is better. But Tammerfors? It sound like Finnish or Swedish. What means "fors"?

No no, Bamsa, what lunatunes said - which I agree with - is that it should be "hvis" in stead of "om" :-)

About Tammerfors vs Tampere, it seems you can say both:
http://www.sas.dk/da/Tammerfors/?vst=true

It´s a bit like Helsinki vs Helsingfors (two names for the same capital). "-fors" means "waterfall". The city was originally constructed near the Helsinge waterfall, that´s why it ends with "-fors".

But as I said, it seems that you can use both names, so you don´t have to correct it. But remember to change the "om" to "hvis".
