"Veni, uidi, uici" (I came, I saw, I conquered) is the original quotation from Caesar) but the source text is in second person (du), hence it should be : "uenisti, uidisti, uicisti" !

Always :-)

"You came, you performed, you conquered"

("Veni Vidi Vici" would have been = jeg kom, jeg så, jeg sejrede)

Thanks a lot, Anita!
Chronotribe said the same (and I always believe he is right, an excelent expert of him for me), but I had to have a bridge to decide when he is out... so kisses for you, my close namesake

kjbrma, next time I will have to reject your translation if you don't understand the meaning of a source text. So, be careful, please, and do not make translations if you aren't sure, ok?
