In my head, I had translated it as "Sure, fine by me" so I agree with Lilian Canale's translation.

Probably should be Yes, it's clear to me. But I am sure that Lilian is correct as well.

"por mí" as used here, is a very common way in Spanish to agree or better yet, to say that you don't have anything against.

Hi! I think that "I agree" is a to kind translation of "por mi...". I think that "whatever..." as you also mentioned would be more accurate.

"I agree" "It's OK with me" "I don't mind", I think they could all be correct, but "whatever" doesn't make the sentence as understandable as it is in Spanish.

I agree with Triton, I think "fine by me" conveys much better the meaning of Spanish "por mí..." than "whatever" does.
