εις το επανιδείν is a bit formal but is the only accurate translation of Auf Wiedersehen

There's also 'αντίο' which means 'goodbye' and 'τα λέμε' which verbarim means (we'll talk later) and is a really informal equivalent of Auf Wiedersehen.
