Les fortifications de la forteresse de Chellah à Rabat ont une très belle architecture | | Je ne garantis pas l' exactitude de ma traduction, surtout sur un texte aussi court sans contexte.
Rabat est la capitale administrative du Maroc où se trouvent des anciennes fortifications dont il est question dans ce texte. |

It's not "Shela" (hers), cause it makes no sense. It is probably "Shilo", which is written the same (he's the third son of bibical Judah), though I have never heard of his fortress, and quite sure there isn't any.
The first word, Metzadot, means: "Fortresses".
I've translated it to English. |
