	lilian canale Кількість повідомлень: 14972	Hi whitee, I don't understand the first line. If the person says s/he never received the new password how could the text start with: "I have got a new password..."? Shouldn't it be: "I want/need/ask for a new password..."?

	whitee Кількість повідомлень: 33	Hi lilian, I think, she wrote wrong sentence in Turkish, I just translated. I think, it should be " yeni bir hesap aÃ§tÄ±m" which means "I have created (opened) a new account" or " ÅŸifremi deÄŸiÅŸtirdim" = " I have changed my password" .. but she wrote, " I have opened a new password on facebook" and I translated it with " get" . I didn't use "open" as a verb. Should we ask to her? derya87 ?

You can't say ''ben kendime yeni bir ÅŸifre aÃ§tÄ±m facebook'da'' (I have created[literally:opened] a new password on facebook) but ''ben kendime yeni bir HESAP aÃ§tÄ±m facebook'da'' (I have created a new ACCOUNT on facebook). I think we should ask the requester and correct that line...
