Hi,
in this text the writer said, that it was not important being intelligent to get a girlfriend.
These were the words he used. I admit, as the text is Turkish-slang, it obviously sounds a bit strange in english.
We can also use "...if being intelligent would help..." instead of "...it was upto the brain..."

That sounds better, so, the line should read:

"Boy, if being intelligent helped then I would be the one to get the most girls, but unfortunately it is not that way"

keramet kafada this is an important part of the translation and not been translated. I think it refers to physical appearence of face and says it is more important than being intelligent

no, in turkish Keramet Kafada does not describe a physical appearence but "what you have inside your head" - your brain, intelligence etc.

if text itself says that at the head not at the brain how come can you think head and brain (intelligence)is the same thing

evet, aynen öyle. zaten bunu da "olsaydi" kelimesi ile ifade ediyor. burada bir noktayi unutmamak lazim, konustugu gibi yazmis dew20 : "...olm keramet kafada beyinde olsaydı..."
Kafa ile Beyin kelimesi burada ayni anlamda kullanilmistir.
Yani, kiz "tavlamak" icin zeki olmak gerekmiyor, yoksa benim bir sürü kiz arkadasim olurdu, demek istiyor.
