I think you need to add a conj. verb in your request. (To obey Cucumis rules, eg : "This area is under video surveillance around the clock")

Pias exacly guessed what this text should mean.
I've intentionally omitted the verb since this should be exposed as sign in an area attended by international people, and I've noticed that signs do not always make use of the main verb (Doesn't it?).
