Target language: English

My Sweet Orange Tree is the story of little Zeze. He is the five-year-old son of a quite poor but big family. Surprisingly smart for his age, he is very naughty too. Before he goes to school, he usually spends his time either at his uncle Edmundo’s or at home. Zeze regards Uncle Edmundo as a scholar. He frequently asks him questions trying to learn something new.

Hi Silkworm, Hi Merdogan,

Yes, actually this looks like homework.
It's a review of a book written by a Brazilian writer José Mauro de Vasconcellos and published in 1968. The story has several versions in films and TV shows. The title of the book in Portuguese is: "Meu pé de laranja lima".

This time I'm going to evaluate the translation since Silkworm has spent her time on it and it is a good translation, but please next time you see a text that sounds like homework, you should call for an admin to remove the request OK?
