"sa oled kena" isn't Latvian
But I understand that "du är fin" means "you're fine"
So I don't really know, what I can do ^^°

Well, if there's a doubt about the source-text (non identified language! ) we should either remove the request and tell requester s/he's got to check her/his source. Of course translation that was done from it would be rejected with no rating; or translator can identify the source-text.

So first we've got to ask both requester and translator to identify the source-language, and if there isn't any answer, we'll remove the request after having rejected the translation that was done from it with no rating.
