Try to think about the ambiguous words that can be misunderstood by the translator. Use examples to show the ambiguous words in their context, give instructions about the way you want your text to be translated ect...
You can write the comments in whatever language you wish, but it's strongly advised that you use the english langauge or the language of the text to be translated.
