the lines in the text, shows that this is a dialog. and, the requestor've written the last sentence by mistake just under the request, in stead of at the explanation pool.I mean the last sentence is not a part of the request. that's why, I've thought, it'll be correct, if we show this part(the last sent) at the expl pool only,and I've explaned the reason widely.
