Algumas dúvidas quanto à expressão "câmara de manobra".
Já agora... o meu trabalho é a construção de tanques. Posso ajudar com isso também? :)

I would it translate like this:

"In this first steps are the following constructions financed:
Total civil construction of the catchment and lifting of the brutto-water, instalation of equipment and implantation of a supply pipe of 110 ltr/sec;
Civil construction and instalation of equipment for the first phase of waste water treatment plant, the lift, the two first cells of a reservoir of 5000m³ with a corresponding control-station and instalation of the equipment;"

I think this is almost correct now - I took the "s" off of equipment in each case (it's not countable), and made a few other small corrections, but what is "captation"?

Is "elevator" wrong, Lilian?

"Captation" = capture (as in collecting water from a stream into another by diverting its course).

a word for "elevatória" can be pumping station and water impounding system / station instead of captation..

I changed the phrase "the captation and elevation" to "the capture and elevation system". I think "elevator" can stay as is, since that's what it is - a system for elevating the water.

I think it's OK now - what do you guys think?

It's OK but pumping stations don't do the same thing with water?

They don't necessarily elevate the water. Anyway, isn't there a Portuguese word for "pumping station"?

Pumping station is elevatória / estação elevatória in Portuguese and it's a pumping facility that raises the water to higher regions. The water flows through aqueducts in a series of abrupt rises and gradual falls.

Elevator (elevador in Portuguese) is commonly used to describe that transport device used to move goods or people vertically.

However, if it makes sense in English, just leave it
