Ben kÄ±sa bir sÃ¼re Ã¶nce bu tesiste Ã–nbÃ¼ro MÃ¼dÃ¼rÃ¼ olarak gÃ¶reve baÅŸladÄ±m. YaptÄ±ÄŸÄ±m incelemeler sonucu acentanÄ±zÄ±n tarafÄ±mÄ±za halen borcu olduÄŸunu gÃ¶rdÃ¼m. Bu arada sizin tarafÄ±nÄ±zdan kesilen reklamasyonlar var. Ancak bu reklamasyonlarÄ±n neye istinaden kesildiÄŸini bilmiyoruz. LÃ¼tfen bize misafirlerin ÅŸikayet mektuplarÄ±nÄ± faturalarÄ±n ekinde gÃ¶nderirmisiniz ?

First of all, thank you for your collaboration and for your interest in our hotel as we approach the end of the 2011 summer season.
