I would like to inform the family of the deceased that all our letters to Mr. _________'s employer did not receive a response.

In this situation, it looks like we will have no choice except to file a suit against the employer.

What is "all our letter" and where is the rest of that phrase? It seems like something is missing. Should it be "in spite of all our letters"? And then should it be "to Mr. ______ 's employer"?
