First of all we would like to apologise for answering your mail so late. Since we are in the exam period we just barely found time to answer. In your mail you apparently included pictures of the place we are going to stay but I had some questions about this matter: Is that the house where we will be staying as a group? So will all the people who will be coming from Turkey be staying in this house together? Does this house belong to a hotel? And finally are there students under the work and travel program, coming from other countries as well?

If you are talking about the photos, that is correct, but if it refers to the place it should be: I had some questions about it 2- The last sentence is a long one, however it could sound better if you change the structure a bit, instead of " And finally are there students coming from other countries as well under the work and travel program?" you may say: "...are there students under the work and travel program, coming from other countries as well?" For apologise / apologize, both are correct. As I said these are just suggestions, the text looks fine as it is.
