It means that I had a look to the comments you did about this translation, and that I was going to take care that no one validates your translation before the english one to be edited. I allowed myself to validate a translation of yours from "I love you" in Portuguese, so that when I've read what you added as a comment to this one, I've thought that you weren't pleased that I validated a translation into Portuguese, being only a french expert. But please note that I can read and understand Portuguese, without being fluent in this language. But there's no need to be fluent to validate a translation from "I love you" into Portuguese, and this is why I validated it, as an administrator there are things I can do for helping other experts, and I'm doing my best for that.
