It's a play on words in Turkish, and it doesn't work in English, because we can't say "put your best hand forward" in English. Maybe it would work like this:

After you've lent a hand in every way you can, it's time to lend a foot - and go, for example!

MerdoÄŸan, your suggestion above does not work in English. You could say this, though:

" - like by going, for example!"

This may be difficult to understand if read with the wrong intonation, though. My original version is clearer.
