Don't translate text between '< >'is just a sign for me." But there is no such a sign. Probably they can't be shown because they are HTML codes as well. For that reason system may receive them as HTML codes and they don't appear to us. As a result: The original text looks like meaningless (some parts are absent) . I think this is because of the signs s/he wrote.
