I think they are gone because of "HTML" Rocks!

The meaning can be some different due to the orders of signs in original text

Look at the details of the requested text:

But there is no such a sign. Probably they can't be shown because they are HTML codes as well. For that reason system may receive them as HTML codes and they don't appear to us.

As a result: The original text looks like meaningless (some parts are absent) . I think this is because of the signs s/he wrote.
