What do you and I have in common? What do any two people have in common? One of the things we share is our wish to succeed. We all want to succeed, don't we? Everybody wants to win. And how do we win? What is necessary for winning? The first thing we need in order to win is another person. Each and every one of us needs somebody. Is there anyone that does not need somebody? I need you. And I would like us to become accustomed to allowing ourselves to be needy, and not be ashamed of this need, the need for winning. I want you to understand that if we did not wish to win, we would not make any progress at all. We would accomplish nothing, learn nothing, and, we would never lose! Yes, that's right. As important it is for us to win, it is no less important for us to lose. To realize that we gain something from every defeat.
