- يجب ان تكون الزبدة والبيض والحليب بدرجة حرارة الغرفة .
- يجب ان لاتذوب الزبدة إلا إذا تطلبت الوصفة .
- يحمى الفرن قبل أدخال الكيكة بـ15 دقيقة .
- استخدمي الخلاط الكهربائي عند صنع الكيك .
- لا تكثري من خلط البيض حتى لا يدخل الهواء إلى الكيكة .
- أستعملي وعاء عميق عند الخلط لأنه يساعد على التحريك الجيد .
- احذري من فتح الفرن قبل ان ينضج .

• Oven must be pre-heated 15 minutes before
start baking the cake

cake

allow easy steering
• Keep away from opening the oven door
before the cake is cooked
