Important instruction while baking a cake
• Butter, milk and eggs must be in room
temperature
• Avoid melting the Butter unless required
according to the recipe
• Oven must be pre-heated 15 minutes before
start baking the cake
• Electrical blender must be used to mix the
cake
• Do not over beat the eggs to reduce
fluffing the cake mixture
• Use deep bowl while blending as that will
allow easy steering
• Keep away from opening the oven door
before the cake is cooked
