"Family and health reasons made me decide not to sign a new contract with GPDubrovnik d.d.

Of course within that period I would like to be able to use my vacation days for the year 2006."

The title also uses the word "Å¡tovani" which means "respected" but it's the generic start of every letter like "dear sir" or "dear madam" so use whatever is common in Dutch business letters.
