...or so I think. It does have a verb, at least.

If it is a past participate, it is not considered as a conjugated verb (as it can be found in a dictionary)

But with "kada" + past participate maybe the verb is implicite?

"įsikūrė" is not a past participle - it is a verb (3rd person, singular, past simple (preterite)). :>
