It probably should be something like this: "Please insert this in the "text box" below the "subject" line in your Email." Check this against the original and edit it along these lines and we should be fine.

	Neko Αριθμός μηνυμάτων: 72	Well, the problem is, that in original message is said to put this text (=what is given) and the text below (=I have no idea, what it is, it seems to be more text given) in the answer e-mail. I'll try to write it once more time, with Your suggestions included. "Hello, Please reply to this e-mail to verify the changes. Please insert this text and the text placed below in the "text box" line in your e-mail." I hope, it'll do it now.

Please insert the following text in your email reply." It might not be "word per word", but I think it has a clearer meaning.
