This is the problem. "Please insert in your e-mail this and lower written text."
It probably should be something like this: "Please insert this in the "text box" below the "subject" line in your Email."
Check this against the original and edit it along these lines and we should be fine. | | |

It might not be "word per word", but I think it has a clearer meaning. Anyway, even the first reply was useful enough for me, and that's what mattered to me.
