I don't quite understand The translation above (presents and love) is ok.

Discussion message just before yours, Francky, is in Finnish, but why it is here? I would guess it is a translation request...I assume he has been trying to send a message(profile) to a match making site and has got that text as an answer containing directions what to do next...also some isolated words maybe from the same site...the question marks do not belong to the original text > his attempt maybe to ask us what it means...

So nothing to do with the translation made, he just found his flag there, I believe.
