It seems to me that it might be more accurate to say: "Whenever I was (or felt) in love with you [while] in this city, it rained..."

Please take this into consideration in making your final decision.

Cheers!

I think that the sentence in italian didn't express that there have been love for a long time, or at least many times. The way it was translated to italian, it seems that this feeling of love just happened once - and therefore it has less importance - not like in french (chaque fois), english (whenever), or br. portuguese (sempre).

Sorry, everybody, but it seems that both the English and French translations are incorrect. It should be "When I loved you, it rained in this city". Please revise your votes accordingly. ali84, you may want to re-set the voting.

Giusto, ma se usi ho perchè usi anche io???Da che lingua hai tradotto? In Inglese dice, quando..., ha piovuto

The comma in the Turkish text indicates that it rained whenever they were lovers in that city; as Guzel_R and Taino suggests.

Korhan_07, sanırım bu metni sen kendin yazdın. O ise, anlamı bize birazcık açılar mısın? Türkçede de olsun.

Hi kafetzou, delvin's translation (based on the english and the french ones) looks right to me. I'll validate that

Shouldn't we always go back to the original texts? Otherwise we risk getting a little further awy with every translation. Don't you agree?

They've all been validated now, so let's see if we hear anything from Korhan_07. If not, then I guess they're OK.
