I just want to be sure I understood the Danish sentence correctly...

Does this mean

I really enjoyed writing with you via MSN... And nice to see you on the webcam!

Hello Lein. Yes, the meaning is ok. You just didn't translate: "Jeg synes".
Word by word it would give: "I find it has been really nice writing with you on msn.".

But I would vote for ok for your translating because
I find it very fluent.

Thank you Gamine! Danish is quite similar to Dutch. I also tried to pick up a bit of Swedish when I went to Stockholm last year so I can understand bits of written Danish (not spoken! I don't know what you do to the words when you pronounce them but you seem to invert them, take the vowels out and leave the poor things wondering what happened! Just kidding )

'Jeg synes' ('Ik vond') was actually in the Dutch translation but it didn't sound right when I translated it into English.
