KANELBULLAR, 4 längder/40 bullar
1, 5 liter vetemjöl
1, 5 dl strösocker
2 tsk salt
50 g torrjäst
5 dl mjölk
1, 5 dl rapsolja
1 ägg

Fyllning:
Smör, kanel, strösocker – rör samman

1 ägg till pensling + pärlsocker

Mät upp vetemjöl, strösocker, salt, jäst i en degberedare eller vanlig bunke. Tillsätt rapsolja, ägg samt ljummen mjölk (37 grader). Knåda degen väl. Minst 5 min i maskin … 10 för hand. Låt jäsa ca 1 timme under duk. Baka ut längder alt. bullar, pensla med uppvispat ägg och strö över pärlsocker. Låt jäsa ytterligare någon timme. Grädda i 225 grader ca 10 minuter, tills bullarna fått en gyllenbrun färg. ÄT!

1.5 dl granulated sugar

50g dry yeast
5dl milk
1.5 dl rapeseed oil
1 egg

Filling:
Butter, cinnamon, granulated sugar - mixed together

1 egg for glazing + nib/pearl sugar

Mix together the flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a mixer or a standard bowl. Add the rapeseed oil, egg and lukewarm milk (37 degrees). Kneed the dough well. At least 5 minutes in the mixer or 10 by hand. Allow it to rise for about 1 hour under a tea-towel. Form lengths or buns of the dough and paint with the whisked egg and sprinkle the pearl sugar over. Let them rise more for another hour. Bake at 225 degrees for 10 minutes until the buns have a golden brown colour. Then EAT!
Remarks about the translation
This recipe misses out the stage for adding the filling.
After rolling out the dough you paiont on the combined filling.... roll it up into a spitral and then cut into buns before allowing them to rise further.

I checked the text once again and found some errors.

"5 dl rapeseed oil" --> "1,5 dl rapeseed oil"

"granulated (caster) sugar" --> "granulated sugar"
