I think emaltotinn's translation is excellent, but I don't understand the meaning of "indiciis".
What does it mean in this context?

I think that 'indicia' may mean 'betrayals' or even better: 'indications of betrayal' here.

But the word has got more meanings... It can also mean "denunciations" in this context.
