Monsieur,

Sir,
We met on the Geneva Show 2008 and you expressed interest in the cardiotraining device I have invented called the Mill. This device is perhaps the most effective nowadays and I have been awarded a gold medal...
Today I have registered the European licence and the English translation is on its way!
Could you please tell me if you are still interested in this device?! If so, have you already thought of a commercial solution?
Yours faithfully.

H i Urunghai,

I've made a few adjustments in the first paragraph and set a poll, I hope you agree.
before edits:

We have met in the Genève Salon 2008 and you have appreciated the cardiotraining device I have invented called the Mill. This device maybe is the most efficient one around these days and I have already been presented a golden medal.

I would translate
...vous avez apprécié...
as:
...you expressed interest in...

I think
...you (have) appreciated...
(please note: the French "passé composé" is usually translated with the English simple past)
in English is too strong, it indicates a gratitude that is not there in the French.

Apart from that, the translation is fine!

I think 'effective' is a more accurate translation than 'efficient'. Otherwise a great translation!

Hello,

"Veuillez recevoir ,monsieur,l'expression de mes salutations les plus sincères." == "Yours faithfully?"

I know the meaning is the same, but still...

Well I completely agree wtih all of you so let me edit. (Always nice to see so many views on a translation from so many people!)

I know what you mean, Madeleine, but the French like to exagerate when it comes to formality in letters
