no doy no vendo espinas
y en nombre de mi cambiante amor
proclamo la pureza

Title
Δε δίνω, δε πουλάω βάτους
Translation
Greek

Translated by xristi
Target language: Greek

Δε δίνω, δε πουλάω αγκάθια
και στο όνομα της αγάπης μου που αλλάζει
κηρύττω την αγνότητα
Remarks about the translation
I chose “που αλλάζει” instead of “μεταβλητή” that doesn’t make much sense… Maybe “ποικιλόμορφη”? “Που παίρνει διάφορες μορφές” must be the meaning…

[Fragments from writer Pablo Neruda]

No doy, no vendo espinas.

Y en nombre de mi cambiante amor
proclamo la pureza.

espina = sust. f. αγκάτι
cambiante = adj. μεταβλητός, ασταθής (changeable)

Καλή Τύχη

Wow! Un argentino que sabe griego! (entre otros idiomas...)
I'm new here...

Me alegra saber que es Neruda, nunca he leido Neruda..

And what are we doing now? I go back, correct my translation and get the points using YOUR sugestions???

En este fragmento ¿qué quiere decir el poeta?¿Variable, inestable, incierto o
infiel (ya que se trata de amor)?

Ναι xristi κάν' το. Ο pirulito μας είναι ένα θαύμα και δεν θα τον πειράξει (και ψιτ! ό,τι απορίες έχεις ρώτα τον, είναι ψυχούλα απίστευτη)

Υπερβάλλετε! This is an exaggeration, Irini. I can read quite a bit of Greek.

Xristi, the term cambiante in this context means mudable, variable, not infiel.
