relationen mellem Roberta og vort kontor er speciel god, faktisk har jeg indtryk
af, at Roberta har alt for meget at se til.

Var det maaske muligt at vi kunne faa en anden "key account person" eller om
maaske at Roberta kunne faa mere tid til at tage sig

jeg har flere gange noteret at hun kommer med hvide smaa-loegne overfor
os, sandsynligvis mest pga af stress/for meget arbejde. Haaber du forstaar hvad
jeg mener - og lad det vaere sagt med det samme, BWS er heller ikke perfekte

the relations between Roberta and our office are very good and actually I have the impression that Roberta has too much to deal with.
Is it maybe possible to find another "key account person" or that Roberta could get more time to handle everything.

I noticed several times that she has lied to us, of course, mostly because of being stressed out/having too much work to do. I hope you understand what I mean - and let me also tell you that BWS is not perfect either
