OK "φτιάχνω"'s literal meaning is "make". By context though (and by that I mean the second "ftiahnoume" I'd say it might be it's not that; "φτιάχνουμε" (or, in other words, the first person plural of the passive voice) in all tenses, means (we are having an affair, we are becoming an item, we start going out [as a couple]).
In this case though, the first "ftiahnoume" should actually become "ftiaxoume" (φτιάξουμε).
Wow - that's a leap of logic that I'm not prepared to make. I think we need to tell the submitter that there's an error in the original that's making it impossible to be sure what it means.
