Yes, Aneta, you're right!
CAUSA and GRATIA require the Genitive case, not the dative. This mistake of mine comes from my Latin Grammar book: that expression is showed in the chapter of the Dative case.
I'll replace it now. Thank you again!

Did you really mean it?

I wouldn't translate a proper Brasilian football team. Should I?

I read on my Latin-Italian dictionary that the passive form (in this case, the perfect participle) of the verb "capio" plus the ablative of "mens, mentis" means something like "mad, crazy".
Is it?

Yes, of course, but it describes "ill people"...

And I guess you rather wanted to say "mad/crazy about someone" or "madly in love". Am I right?

If so, you could use a phrase "misere amare" or "perdite amare".

I opt for "perdite amare". It sounds better to me

Then it becomes "Perdite amo vos, Corinthians" , doesn't it?

"Perdite amo vos, Corinthii"

or even better (more Latin)order:

"Vos perdite amo, Corinthii"

But in one of the precedent translations it was specified that Corinthians is a Brasilian Football Team.

http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corinthians_S%C3%A3o_Paulo

Really should it be translated the same?

Of I thought we have here na extract from "Epistle of Paul to the Corinthians" Haha!

You're right, Alex, if the requester explains it refers to the footbal team.

Here it is

"I'm crazy about you, Corinthians!"

It's part of a football chant.
