Although there are no errors in your English, it does sound a bit unnatural. What do you think about this suggestion? Does it keep the same meaning as the Turkish text? Please let me know what you think
Dear Sir, it is very unusual to address someone as 'dear official - in fact, it sounds a bit rude! We produce and distribute the products you requested from Turkey. We would like to ('want' again sounds rather rude) work with you; please contact us.
We export our products to different countries.
Hoping to work together, we await your reaction.
Kind regards.
Hi Lein,
Thank you for your suggestion, it keeps the same meaning, only in turkish text it does not say "we await for your reaction", but your translation is better for this text.
