Stimată doamnă,
Am trimis pe data de 6 martie suma de 3575 EUR reprezentând avans pentru 51 de persoane. Nu am primit încă o confirmare în acest sens din partea Dvs.
Totodată, nu avem vreo confirmare a programului nostru de Concurs din partea Comisiei Artistice, partiturile fiind trimise în 7 exemplare din luna decembrie.
Menţionăm că deplasarea ansamblului se va efectua cu autocarul, întrucât am reuşit să accesăm o sponsorizare în acest sens.

On March 6th we sent a sum of 3575 Euros representing a down payment for 51 people. I still haven’t received a confirmation from you about this matter.
We also do not have any confirmation of our competition program from the Artistic Commission; the scores have been sent, in seven copies, since December.
We are specifying that the ensemble will travel by bus, as we were successful in getting a sponsorship concerning that.
We are looking forward to your answer.

We have to make a few changes and corrections in order to get a version which sounds better in English, OK?
I find it easier to copy/paste the text with the corrections so you'll be able to visualize them better.

Hello Lilian,
Yes, it does convey the original; there is one thing that troubles me, the part with the group will travel by bus, because it is a group, of course, but not an ordinary one,it is indeed an ensemble-- given the scores reference, I believe it is a musical group.
