The 5 dollar commission in the agreement you sent us, is acceptable. We accept the confidentiality of the agreement and your 5 dollar share in the commission to be taken per ton. You in turn should secure us establishing direct contact with the seller. We want to deal directly with the factory. We want to issue the non-transferable letter of credit to the manufacturer(without compromising your share). We want a direct draft from the factory. If this is acceptable to you, we await your response.
