I think 'как-нибудь' = 'bir şekilde' and 'приеду'='gelirim'.
So it should be '...ama bir ÅŸekilde Trabzona da gelirim/geleceÄŸim.'.

You are right about "gelirim". I always confuse these two words: "gelmek" and "gitmek", I dunno why
And about this "как-нибудь" - again it's one of the informal words, which has not only one meaning. And in this sentence it means: one day, sometime. Maybe if we use this "как-нибудь" in the sentence about some trip or meeting with someone it means "one day, sometime" (Давай как-нибудь вÑтретимÑÑ?) And you are right, in other cases it will mean like: somehow, anyhow (Можно как-нибудь тебе помочь?).
Also here is what I found too about this tricky word: "http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%D0%BA%D0%B0%D0%BA-%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%B1%D1%83%D0%B4%D1%8C".
I hope I could explain it somehow
