Observaţii despre traducere	Actually the meaning of this, in English, would be closer to a proposition (which was rejected) rather than application, however the Hebrew for proposition is ×”Ö·×¦Ö¼Ö¸×¢Ö¸×”. It can also mean approach in some cases. ×¤× ×™×ª ××œ×™ (approached me).
