Due to outside agents or transport-related shocks, occasionally before or after installation cracks may appear on the glazed surface of our decorative ceramic products which we coat with platinum, gloss, gold and granila. The surface of these type of goods should not make contact with matter which is harder than itself. Otherwise, they may be easily scratched and abraded. The decorative products and ceramic tiles should, when needed, be cut not with a ceramic cutting machine but with a glasscutter on a cutting disc.
