On the whole, it is that; what would really mean "flg" ("folgenden"=next? / "fliegenden"=flying/good for flying by airplane?). Well, "gÜtten" correctly would be "guten" (=good). Now, at least up to this time, I cannot really wonder what "pshinsh" could mean. Moreover I wonder if this text was written by a German-speaker. The guy who wrote this text doesn't speak german actually.
Is just some kind of brazilian joke with the way german words are spelled.
