DEDICATIO

HANC DISSERTATIONEM OMNIBUS DEDO ET HOMINIBUS ET PULSIBUS QUI DUXERUNT, ALUERUNT, ET PRAESERTIM UNANIMI MECUM PER MIRABILE VITAE ITER MANSERUNT.

TALIS ERAT FUNDUS AMORIS ET ADMONITIONIS QUE ME, EGENTEM VIRES EXTRA ME IPSUM UT PORRO PORRIGEREM, CONTINUO IMPULSERUNT.

VALET, AT MECUM IN PRAECORDIIS, IMMO PARS MEI, SEMPER MANEBITIS!
Remarks about the translation
This appears on the dedication page of an unknown dissertation, but I am unable to contact the author directly. I know almost no Latin words and absolutely no understanding of Latin tense, grammar, etc.

Any help you can give would be most appreciated. This is not for my homework assignment, but I am glad you put a warning against that sort of thing on your website. I am on the faculty of Troy University and teach Information Systems. My need for translations is rare, but I am most appreciative of your site for the odd occasion that I might actually need it.

Thanks
Rodger Morrison.

(Into American English, if possible please)

Dedication

I dedicate this dissertation to all men and sources that taught, nourished and especially endured with me this voyage through the marvels of life.

The foundation of passion and advise was such that they continually pushed me, when I extended again my poor forces beyond myself.

Be well and you'll always remain near my heart, a part of myself indeed.
Remarks about the translation
For lack of a good dictionary, the translation may lack some shades.
