"ndonjecik- ndonjë çikë" or in literature albanian "ndopak", means in English "a little bit". It is not a name.

The all sentence means:
"Do you remind your grandfather a little?"

But Ledyrm needs a good translation because these are the last words of his grandfather, and he wants to do a tattoo.
