er-are-ru (obtain/get-possibility suffix-infinitive verb ending)
netsu (intense, lit: "fever")
jo (feeling, often "kindness" or "love")
teki (-like, i.e. "intense-feeling-like")
na (adjectival ending)
So I don't know what the noun is that these two adjectives refer to, and they don't even really seem to belong together, but that's what they mean...
