Does "ovome url" mean the url of which we'll speak in the former sentence?

"ovome" means this url that you are looking at now.

I'm not sure it is the right meaning.

Then come the text :

Svako prevodenje sto je ucinjen od clana, i poslano je na cucumis.org, directno na url sto je propisano u prethodnom napisu, dobice vise tacke (5 procenat od prevodene cene).
