"hesitate" in chinese means "犹豫，踌躇"。and "放心大胆" translate into english word by word means "don't worry,be brave", but in chinese it can express "不要犹豫，不用担心（don't hesitate,dont worry）".
About title,the translation which I have done is a kind of express that fit for the reading habit of chinese.
