I don't know Sindhi. But my extremely limited knowledge of persian says that the verb forms in the source don't look like Persian. But I'm only 10% sure about that :\
I could be, very possible. I had a look at some sindhi sentences on wikipedia and seems like the source has *somewhat* similar phonetics. I really dunno though
It could be Kurdish.
It isn't Arabic..of that I'm sure!!
Persian could be a possibility...but I don't feel like it is!!

Afshin is a male first name.
The part "Did you contact..." my not actually be interrogative (I presumed a missing question mark).
